Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only confirmed after we have accepted and begun processing it. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including due to pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified promptly if your order cannot be fulfilled.

Custom / Made-to-Order Policy

Custom and made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective. Each piece is crafted specifically for your order and cannot be resold.

As our products are handmade by skilled artisans, minor variations in color, size, texture, and pattern are inherent to the craft and should be expected. These variations are not considered defects and add to the unique character of each piece.

Advance Payment Requirement

Advance payment is required to confirm your order. Production of your custom item will only begin once payment has been received and verified.

Depending on the product and order value, we may require full payment upfront or a partial advance with the remaining balance due before shipment. Payment terms will be clearly communicated during checkout or via order confirmation.

Pricing & Availability

All prices displayed on our website are in the currency specified and are subject to change without prior notice. While we strive to ensure accuracy, pricing errors may occasionally occur. In such cases, we will contact you before processing your order. Product availability is not guaranteed until your order has been accepted.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines provided at checkout or in order communications are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to production schedules, shipping carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please ensure your address details are accurate when placing an order.

Refunds & Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs showing the issue. We will review your claim promptly and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refund requests for reasons other than damage or defect will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are generally not available for custom or made-to-order items.
